Crossbow AA BUG ?

Hi,

I have faced the problem with autoattacks using a crossbow. I dont know if this is the case with bows and other ranged or melee weapons, but it seems every time i try to attack a certain type of mob specifically humanoids/undeads the arrows seem to hit the ground and take a while to hit them.

Is it the hitbox ?

terrain ?

Please help.
