Error when running APDL Product launcher 14.0

Hi,
I installed Ansys14 (W7 64x). Everything worked fine.
Then I rebooted PC and when running ANSYS Mechanical APDL Product launcher 14.0 I get the following error:

Could not create the file required to determine which products are to be displayed in the License dropdown list.
Path: C:\Users\LENA\AppData\Local\Temp\anslauncher_produ cts140_LENA_0.xml
Error: child process exited abnormally
This is a fatal error, exiting.

I checked I don’t have the mentioned file in the folder.

Ansys, Inc. License Manager status: all the processes have status running.

Please, could you say what to do in this situation, how to run the program?Hi,
